Which session is right for me?
If you're unsure where to begin, I recommend starting with the Spiritual Health Assessment or a Sacred Clarity Session. Together, we'll explore where you are in your journey and determine the best path forward based on your unique needs and intentions.

Do I need to be religious to work with Kleo?
​Not at all. My work is rooted in helping people develop a deeper relationship with God, themselves, and their spiritual truth, but people from many different backgrounds have found value in this work. Whether you're rooted in faith, questioning what you've been taught, or simply seeking deeper clarity and healing, you're welcome here.

Are sessions virtual or in person?
Many sessions are available virtually, allowing us to connect wherever you are. Select offerings are also available in person in Houston, Texas. Availability will be noted on each service before booking.

What should I bring to my session?
Come with an open heart and a willingness to be present. You may find it helpful to have a journal, water, and a quiet, comfortable space if we're meeting virtually. If there are specific questions or intentions you'd like to explore, you're welcome to bring those as well.

Can I book another session after my first one?
Absolutely. Healing is rarely a one-time event. Many clients choose to continue their journey through additional sessions or ongoing support as they move through different seasons of life. Together, we'll determine what feels most aligned for you.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
To honor the preparation and intention that goes into each session, appointments must be booked at least **2 hours in advance**.

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least **24 hours before your appointment**. Requests made after this timeframe may not be accommodated.

If you miss your appointment without prior communication, your session will be considered a **No Call / No Show** and will be forfeited. Missed appointments are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

What should I expect after a session?
Every experience is unique, but many people leave feeling more grounded, clear, and connected to themselves. You may receive practical next steps, journaling prompts, or personal reflections to continue integrating what came through during your session. Healing often continues long after our time together, so I encourage you to move through the days that follow with gentleness, curiosity, and intention.
