I grew up in the church as the oldest of five children and come from a lineage of pastors and preachers. Spirituality was present from the very beginning of my life... but so were questions.
 

Even as a child, I was deeply observant. I could feel the emotions in a room, sense when something felt authentic or misaligned, and notice things that others seemed to overlook. I asked questions that didn't always have easy answers, and I experienced the world in ways that didn't always fit neatly into the explanations I was given.
 

For a long time, I also knew what it felt like to make myself smaller. Experiences with bullying taught me to become quieter and suppress parts of myself to feel accepted. But those experiences also deepened my compassion for people who feel misunderstood, unseen, or disconnected from themselves.
 

My own journey led me deeper into trauma healing, emotional wellness, spiritual exploration, and understanding the connection between what we experience, what we carry, and what we believe.
 

Over time, I realized that so many people are searching for permission to question, to feel, to heal, and to experience God for themselves.
