Seasons—we all experience them. We all move through them. But do we truly understand, overstand, and innerstand them?
Recently, there’s been a wave of information, especially for women, about the internal “seasons” we move through each month with our moon cycles. And while that knowledge is beautiful and necessary, let’s not forget: seasons affect us all—regardless of gender.
For the divine masculine beings who are in tune with their feminine flow—your creativity, your emotional world—you may also be experiencing monthly energetic shifts. (Yes, some of y’all have a cycle too. You just don’t bleed... but that’s another conversation for another time, lol.)
Whatever season you enter, you must also exit—at its divine time.Let’s take a spiritual lens to this (as if I could ever offer anything less!). Spiritually, we go through seasons not just once a year, but many times throughout life. You’ve felt the “dead” of winter—emotionally cold, numb, lifeless. I have too.And afterward, maybe you’ve bloomed again, as if your soul caught spring fever and began to thaw and rise. Me too.
Life comes in seasons. And it’s inevitable that you’ll experience them all.
The key is presence.
Be fully in the moment of whatever season you’re in. Grief? As painful as it is, there’s a gift hidden in the depths. Let yourself sink into the soil of your own spirit—see what you’re made of. Let the darkness reveal your strength. That’s the heart of shadow work.
But here’s the truth: even if you don’t intentionally “do the work,” you’ll still go through the season. So why not allow yourself the time to feel, to process, and to heal?
Don’t rush your seasons.Let each one unfold.Let each one teach.Let each one transform.
There is a time for everything under the sun. And if you allow yourself to move with the rhythm of these spiritual seasons, they will shift you closer to your destiny.
Remain empowered through it all.
Sending you love, light, and strength for whatever season you’re in.
Much love.
