THIS IS NOT A READING. Must provide 72-hour notice for any session cancellation or rescheduling. Our Intuitive Guidance sessions are used to provide holistic talk therapy and advice. Advice will be given with spiritual insight to help you maneuver through a particular situation you may be processing. Disclaimer: Spiritual Guidance does not exempt for medical advice. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please seek medical advice from a medical professional.
Cancellation Policy
***No Refund Policy*** ALL READINGS MUST BE BOOKED AT LEAST 72-HOURS PRIOR TO RENDERING OF SERVICE. Membership packages are preferred to be used within the same calendar year. Memberships can be used at any time within the same calendar year of booking unless pre-approved by Kleo's Sol Shoppe team. Cancellations or Reschedules must be completed within 24 hours. Last minute cancellations may be charged a 50% cancellation fee. No call, no show will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
